Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at elita.com 

If you are not happy with your Elita purchase, we will gladly accept a return. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We only accept returns from purchases made on elita.com

 

Canadian returns and exchanges are free. You will receive a free Canada Post return shipping label. For returns or exchanges from the US, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

 

If you would like to return your purchase, A customer service representative will be in contact with you via email, within 1 business day to give you information on returning your product. Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation and shipment emails. If you cannot locate your order Order Number please contact us and we will help locate it for you.

 In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
